Who is a strong candidate to become a Peak OS Coach?

Strong candidates are typically experienced founders, CEOs, executives, or senior operators who have led through growth, complexity, or organizational change. They also demonstrate facilitation potential, relationship-building ability, commercial initiative, and a commitment to helping leadership teams improve how they execute.

Do I need previous coaching experience?

Previous coaching or facilitation experience is useful, but operating credibility and the ability to work effectively with leadership teams are equally important. The mutual-fit process evaluates your leadership background, judgment, communication, facilitation potential, network, and readiness to build a practice.

Is this employment, a franchise, or an independent practice?

Peak OS Coaches build independent professional practices. Certification provides a shared methodology, tools, software knowledge, coach resources, and continued development. It is not a salaried position, and candidates remain responsible for developing and serving their own clients.

Will Collective Genius provide clients or leads?

No clients, leads, referrals, revenue, or business results are guaranteed. Opportunities may occasionally emerge through relationships within the broader network, but coaches should assume responsibility for building their own pipeline through credibility, relationships, conversations, referrals, and excellent client work.

What does certification include?

Certification includes development in the Peak OS methodology, Peak Session facilitation, ongoing coaching practices, Peak OS Software, implementation and adoption, business-development resources, and the standards required to represent Peak OS. Qualified candidates receive current program details during the mutual-fit process.

How is training scheduled?

Applications are accepted on an evergreen basis. There is no public cohort date or application deadline currently being announced. Training and certification timing depend on mutual fit, candidate readiness, availability, and completion of required preparation and certification work.

Can I begin part-time?

Some candidates may begin by developing the practice alongside other professional work. The right approach depends on your availability, network, business-development capacity, financial expectations, and ability to prepare for and serve clients at a high standard.

What financial investment is required?

The opportunity includes an initial certification and licensing investment plus ongoing participation requirements. Current financial details are reviewed with qualified candidates during the mutual-fit process so the investment, expectations, and timing are clear before any commitment is made.
