Investment and ongoing participation
Peak OS Coach certification combines an initial licensing and certification investment with a monthly license that increases only as your number of ongoing clients grows. The monthly fee is capped at $1,000.
Initial certification and licensing
The initial investment covers the core training, certification process, Peak OS methodology, software education, practice resources, and initial ramp-up support.
Ongoing license and development
The ongoing license supports continued certification, Peak OS access, coach development, methodology updates, community participation, and the resources used to deliver the work.
The monthly license remains at the starting level while you have four or fewer ongoing coaching clients.
Once you have five or more ongoing coaching clients, the monthly license moves to the maximum level.
The monthly fee does not continue increasing as additional clients are added beyond the four-client threshold.
Certification does not guarantee clients, referrals, revenue, or business results. Coaches are responsible for building their own relationships, developing opportunities, and delivering excellent client work.
“Ongoing client” refers to an active client relationship that qualifies under the applicable Peak OS Coach licensing terms. Final licensing, payment, and client-count definitions are documented in the coach agreement.
The realities of building the practice
The opportunity includes meaningful client impact and the responsibility of building an independent professional practice. Candidates should understand both sides before applying.
Develop genuine relationships with founders, CEOs, executives, investors, board members, and referral partners.
Recognize execution triggers, initiate relevant conversations, and earn the right to work with leadership teams.
Understand the organization, design the process, anticipate difficult moments, and facilitate with discipline.
Reflect on sessions, seek feedback, learn from peers, and continue developing judgment and coaching range.
Use the methodology responsibly, set accurate expectations, protect client trust, and maintain shared quality standards.
The strongest candidates are energized by both parts of the opportunity: helping leadership teams execute better and building the relationships required to create a durable practice.
