Jeff James Martin is the Founder and CEO of Collective Genius and the creator of Peak OS, an operating system designed to help high-growth and mission-critical organizations improve alignment, accountability, and execution.

For more than two decades, Jeff has worked alongside founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and investors to navigate the challenges of growth, complexity, and scale. He has coached hundreds of leadership teams across technology, aerospace, healthcare, nonprofit, and venture-backed organizations, helping them build the systems, rhythms, and leadership practices required for sustained performance.

As the author of the bestselling book Peak Teams: Mastering the Habits of Unstoppable Venture-Backed Companies, Jeff combines practical operating frameworks with real-world leadership experience. His work focuses on helping organizations create clarity, strengthen cross-functional alignment, develop leaders, and execute with greater consistency as they grow.

Based in Los Angeles, Jeff is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, youth wrestling coach, and father of five. His mission is to help one million teams move the world forward—together.
