Well, when the project has fallen on its face halfway through, it got a little more complicated. Management had to step down and provide tactical work to keep it moving forward. The current staffing vendors were providing people all right. Just that they weren’t performing in their roles.

When the client and other consulting groups came to us, we knew immediately what we had to do: Locate people with the necessary esoteric industry experience, selecting only those who we felt possessed both the knowledge, and vision necessary to right this listing project.

We leapfrogged traditional obstacles by leveraging best practices to overcome earlier missed steps. We got cross-functional groups on the same page regarding the changes that were occurring in the project. By working together we were able to get the project back on track and completed successfully in time.
