How it started

The world is constantly changing, but often out of our control, and not necessarily for the better. In a situation like this, you can sit back and talk wistfully about the good ol’ days. Or you can decide to do something about it and make a difference.

At Collective Genius, we chose the latter. And not just because we are dreamers, but because we noticed something. When the right people work together toward a powerful, inspiring goal, anything is possible.

It all started when our founder, Jeff Martin, was part of a team that instituted GPS technology across multiple Fortune 100 companies. The end result gave field workers turn-by-turn directions and management an easy, efficient overview of their fleets. This process was soon adopted as standard practice industry-wide. And lo and behold, untold amounts of fuel were saved, emissions spared and traffic lessened.

Inspired by this success, and several others in industries ranging from health care to insurance to technology, Collective Genius was born.
Today, we’re a company filled with like-minded people with one burning purpose — to help companies change for the better. We achieve tangible results by being creative, being innovative and creating a collective genius in which, by working together, we create something much greater than any of us can on our own.
