Collective Genius (www.collective-genius.com) is currently looking to connect a UX analyst with a leader in health insurance. In this role you would be focused on representing the user by collaborating in an agile environment with high level business and technical groups to define UX best practices on a critical application that designs benefit plans.
This is a contract employee opening in the Twin Cities metro area with competitive compensation and benefits available.
Performance Objectives
- Define UI/UX requirements with business groups and development teams
- Create prototypes, site maps, wireframes, and mockups in an agile/iterative environment
- Act as a SME and communications contact for the UX function in the project
High priority competencies
- 5+ years of UI/UX/Human Factors experience
- Experience with web based applications
- Effective at driving process and consensus in a collaborative environment
- Highly organized
- Strong cross-functional communication
